Information for prospective tenants
References will be required, and are taken up through a Credit Reference Agency and ourselves. An administration fee of £149.50 inclusive of VAT will be payable at the time of application for the tenancy, for a joint tenancy the fee will be £172.50 inclusive of VAT. This is a one off fee prior to the commencement of a tenancy and there are no hidden charges to follow.
A Dilapidations deposit equivalent to one and a half times the monthly rent is payable on the commencement of the tenancy and will be held by us on your behalf through an insurance based scheme. Rent is payable in advance and should be paid in time to clear our bank by the rent due date.
The tenant is responsible for payment of the Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas and Electricity, together with the telephone service and the television licence, unless otherwise stated.
